Working with mdgroup has been pivotal in our success as a site. Having the ability to arrange travel for patients who can’t drive or live far away has allowed us to recruit patients who would not be able or willing to participate in this trial. We have used their services from the very beginning of this trial, and we could not be more pleased. They are very easy to work with, always and promptly return our calls or emails even after ours and or the weekends. Their drivers go above and beyond for our patients. Their services do extend in other areas such as booking lodging for the subjects and made this tedious process as simple as possible for us. My only problem is that I have been somewhat spoiled now and I am hoping for other sponsors to provide similar services.

By far the easiest research patient travel & reimbursement service that I have used to date. The team interacts directly with the patients rather than everything going through me and then the portal. I appreciate the ability to handle most things through email rather than adding another required portal to the many that we have for each study. Travel is booked quickly, and everything is handled for the patient with minimal stress. Patients are reimbursed for expenses and patient stipends quickly with multiple reimbursement options, including a prepaid card or direct deposit. The staff are always responsive and friendly.
